Welcome to Project & Site Support
You’ll be part of a global department of skilled project coordinators where you, together with your colleagues, will be an essential part of the project teams developing and building large offshore wind projects in Asia Pacific. As a generalist, you’ll provide some of our largest and most dynamic projects and their project managers with administrative, communicative, and structural support, while working closely with colleagues in various countries and time zones. As a team, we welcome you into a global environment where we focus on knowledge sharing, opportunity to develop your personal leadership while learning, and growing and making a valued difference in a wider project management team.
You’ll play an important role in:
- building and sustaining stakeholder relations in accordance with our guiding principles both internally and externally through your daily work
- ensuring compliance and maintenance of administrative tools & processes in your project.
- Other assignments from people leader.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have strong communicative skills and a genuine interest in gaining experience in an international company with a complex organizational set-up
- have strong time management skills and can prioritize in a changing, fast-paced environment
- thrive on joint successes, can work independently and are able to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and commitments
- are technically savvy and have a good understanding of IT tools and systems such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, with SAP being an advantage
- are fluent in written and verbal English & Mandarin and are in your 3rd or 4th year on your BA/master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communication, international business, or similar
- have an outgoing personality, are flexible in your approach to tasks, and have a mindset that shows your commitment to learn and support where needed, knowing that every task represents a new learning opportunity.
